Event Supply & Set-UP

Event Hire can provide a complete supply & set-up service for large indoor and outdoor events. Our indoor & outdoor event equipment is proven over many years use in the industry and we regularly support event organisers, providing a professional on-site service for some of the largest events in the country. We also undertake special event catering in London and other parts of UK. The service is fully supported with Risk Assessment and Method Statements.

With some of the largest stocks of folding chairs in the country, Event Hire can supply & set up secure audience seating for both indoor and outdoor concerts and events, in accordance with current Health & Safety requirements.

Using our linking banquet/conference table & chairs, large auditorium seating can be accommodated to provide comfortable, cushioned seating for presentations, conferences and concerts.

Working from clients or Event Hire produced plans, table set ups for trade & craft fairs, exhibitions, product launches or banquets can be undertaken to meet even the most stringent opening & closing deadlines.
